Christmas is just around the corner and I am sharing one of my favorite cookies that I love to bake during this time of year. Peanut Butter Blossoms! There is just something splendid about the taste of peanut butter and chocolate. Normally I would bake these from scratch but I ended up using a mix this time around. They turned out delicious and were super easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 package Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
1 bag Hershey Kisses
1/2 cup Bliss Nut Butters Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow the directions on the mix to prepare dough.
2. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I used the last of my Bliss Nut Butters. Its hands down, the best peanut butter ever! Roll into 1 inch balls. I skipped the sugar, but feel free to roll the balls in sugar before baking them.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool 3-5 minutes before adding Kisses.
Enjoy! These Peanut Butter Blossoms would make a great gift for your neighbors, coworkers, or even friends.
